Slowly getting to finish my December Daily®. I still have a few days to fill so I’m getting there…eventually.
Day 14 shows a photo of my first adventure making chocolate treats. All you need to do is melt chocolate bars in the oven and then decorate it with all different kinds of candy. After that you have to put it in the fridge so the chocolate gets hard. Then you just break everything into pieces. So fun.
I kept this page simple and only added my journaling on vellum and stitched that onto the photo.
I have no idea how the page for Day 15 came alive. I just knew I wanted to tell the story of our Christmas wishes, gifts and gift wrapping. I used a lot of embellishments from the Main Kit and some bits and pieces from my stash.
I especially like the stitched stockings!
Day 16 tells the story of the In My Pocket Designer Announcement. I am so excited to be contributing to the In My Pocket Collab kits this year and to sell my own digital products on Theresa’s website.
I wanted it to look like a window so I cut the square opening with my Silhouette. My journaling was added to the inside of the window frames and I even added the IMP initials with the Foil Quill.
The red felt stars from the Main Kit are stitched onto the page. On top I added black word phrase stickers from my stash.
