This is the final entry for the Altenew Educator Certification Program (AECP) Level 1. I will post the final challenge for Level 1 once I got it and will then hopefully move on to Level 2 of the program. I am so excited. The last class focused on Irresistible Inking Techniques.

I love stretching the use of my ink pads and what better way to get a watercolor effect when you have no clue about watercoloring. Actually I included two lessons from the class I painted my flower and leaves with ink pads and stamp block inked the background. So much fun and such great results!

All products used are listed at the end of this post.

I started off by adding Chamomile onto an acrylic stamp and added water. I then pressed the stamp block onto a white piece of cardstock. While it was drying I stamped the flower and leaves from the Craft Your Life Project Kit: Translucent Foliage with Obsidian Pigment Ink onto white cardstock and added Aqualicious and Firefly onto an acrylic block and added water as well. Next I painted my flower and leaves. I let it dry thoroughly before using the matching dies to cut them out.

Before I assembled my card I checked where I wanted to place my flower and added a sentiment with Obsidian Pigment Ink directly onto my card front. I adhered my flower with foam adhesive for some dimension and adhered the leaves with liquid glue.
