This year I am turning my December Daily® into an album of stories which are not associated to a specific day. I just tell story and I’ll number them. How many story will I tell? I have no idea yet.
You can watch the process in this reel here: JaninesPapierstudio
Our Christmas tree is always up on the first day of Advent, which starts on the fourth Sunday before Christmas. Each Sunday we light another candle so that on the last Sunday before Christmas we have four candles burning. Such a fun tradition.
I took a photo of our tree and removed all the things from the background in Photoshop. I then sized the photo to be outside of the page protector at about 6.5″. I also extended the width to the photo where I added my story. My idea was to create a fold out. Because photo paper tends to be a pain when trying to fold it, I cut it and added it back together with some washi tape.
I then stamped a bold sentiment directly onto the photo and added another one on a piece of cardstock.
On the back of the fold out I added a paper from last year’s December Daily® collection and a die cut from the So Very Merry Class Kit.
