2022 | Memory Keeping Plans – Janines Papierstudio

If you are new to my blog welcome and a happy and healthy new year to everyone. My name is Janine and this is my blog where I share all of my scrapping adventures.

I just finished my December Daily® and completed my Project Life®. The process videos for my November and December spreads will soon be available here on my blog and on my YouTube Channel. (Insert a dancing smiley right here!)

So what am I planning for 2022?

In 2021 I changed my album size from 6×12 to 9×12 and went from weekly to monthly documenting. What can I say, I love the album size and I love documenting monthly. I was able to be up to date almost throughout the whole year. I love that I control which stories make it into the album and when there are weeks without any photos you won’t even know. So for 2022 I will keep using a 9×12 album from Ali Edwards and will continue to document monthly. Yay for that!

However, I have cancelled my physical kits with Ali Edwards and will start using the digital kits instead. So I will be doing mostly Hybrid Scrapbooking this year. Yay for that, too! I am looking forward to this so much. First of all, going digital/ hybrid means I get access to the products right away and don’t have to wait until it arrives in Germany. So I get to get creative as soon as the kits are released. In addition, I can adjust the digital products to fit my needs. I can resize. I can recolor. I can be so much more flexible with my memory keeping. Since going digital/ hybrid also means that I am going to save money, I can spent that money on new physical products for my favorite projects. Yay for that, three!
